At Filofax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
